01 / 09 · CAMPAIGN DETAILS
Standard Donations is the first live experience. The campaign model is ready for future donor-facing experiences such as Pledge-a-Thon, Calendar Fundraiser, Raffle / Tickets, Product Sale, and other templates without rebuilding participant registration, contacts, or messaging.
Search saved profiles or enter a new organization. Choose a result to load its branding.
Saving defaults stores this logo and color pair for future campaigns. It does not update existing campaigns.
We add “Support” for you. Example: Support Bartow High Baseball.
The countdown ends at midnight Eastern Time after the selected date.
Upload your logo to suggest the campaign colors automatically. You can override them at any time.
Upload your school or program logo.
Use [[Campaign Name]] to insert the campaign name.
[[Campaign Name]]
This public display name does not create an account or grant access.
PNG, JPEG, or WebP, 8 MB each. Resized for this preview. Without an upload, the previous sample photo is used.
One video per campaign. Custom video hosting is not connected yet.
The public program progress shows a percentage, not its dollar goal. Preview uses $6,800 in sample program gifts.
Complete My Goal appears on participant pages only. Business Donations and Custom remain available.
Long lists scroll inside their own panel. Names can be periods, teachers, classrooms, teams, or anything else.
Explore Business Sponsorships
Default prices and benefits are starting points. Future purchases use updated terms; previously purchased sponsorships must keep their original benefits.
Your defaults are ready. Edit any message, day, subject, or send time. The third email and third text can recognize previous support without adding another message.
Display name can be the participant. The real platform address stays visible. These fields do not create a mailbox, authenticate a domain, or guarantee an inbox folder.
Day 0 is messaging launch. Messages enter a staggered sending queue at this time; nothing may send after 8:00 PM ET.
This replaces the third message only. It never adds another scheduled message.
Participant sends this first, using their own messaging app. It is separate from the five automated texts. The campaign-logo link preview shown below is illustrative and depends on the receiving app.
Example addresses and donation links only. No email, text, receipt, or test message is sent.
Not a new campaign start-date requirement. Actual launch is recorded when messaging begins. The preview uses Eastern calendar days. Email queues default to 9:00 AM ET and text queues to 9:30 AM ET. Production sends will be staggered rather than released all at once, with an 8:00 PM ET hard stop.
Saving a donor relationship does not enroll someone in messaging. Recorded channel permission and opt-out status must be checked before every send.
Program-page gifts without a participant are Legacy Donors. They are not added to a random participant's drip. Donation reassignment and permanent contact records come with the admin backend.
Manual kickoff is separate. Late-added contacts must not receive a catch-up burst. Receipts stay separate from fundraising appeals. Suspension pauses appeals; the campaign deadline holds scheduled drips even though donations can still be accepted.
Verified sender domain, monitored replies, unsubscribe handling, consent records, scheduling service, and provider approval remain launch requirements. No live transport is connected.
Type the percentages directly. Values below drive the actual donor checkout preview and save with this browser draft.
Percentages apply to the base donation only. The fixed fee is added once per Custom transaction. Changes here affect this draft, not every campaign or any past donation.
Real fee editing must be restricted to authenticated Gap Raise admins on the server. This public design preview is not an access-control system.
Statement name remains unconfirmed. No new refund policy is enabled. No real money is collected.
Draft saving is private to this browser. Editing the preview never updates the public campaign.
Only Gap Raise admins can suspend or reactivate campaigns. School admins and program leaders cannot.
Live account assignment and server-side payment blocking require the secure backend. The controls below simulate the donor experience only.
Changing an end date never removes suspension. The end date itself does not disable donations.
Enter the mailing address at the check-request step, not during campaign setup or donor checkout.
Sample information only. Nothing here issues checks or initiates a payout.
Edit percentages in Donation Settings and message content/timing in Donor Messaging. This draft does not enroll contacts, send messages, or change the public campaign.
